Returns and Refunds
Custom Made frames are made to your individual requirements and therefore cannot be exchanged or refunded for any reason. If you are unsure about measuring the sizes of your picture we recommend to contact us prior to ordering.
Whilst our images are accurate, the colour of the frames may appear slightly different on monitors, if you are unsure about the colour or finish of the frame we recommend that you order a sample prior to ordering your frame. The frames are made to order to your specifications and cannot be exchanged or returned it you are unhappy with the colour.
Please note that some of the products lists as 'standard sizes' are also custom made to your requirements and are also not returnable or exchangeable.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or your you have a problem with your order you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange a replacement or rectify the problem. After this time has expired we will not replace or refund the order
Swept frames are ordered from our supplier specifically for you, if you wish to return them they must be returned within 7 days of delivery. They need to be returned in their original packaging and sent via a postal service which has tracking and insurance. A refund will be issued when we have received the frame back in a perfect condition. Any acrylic or mounts ordered with the frame are not returnable as these are custom products. Delivery costs will not be refunded. There will also be a 20% deduction to cover the cost of returning the frame to out supplier
